Reservations are confirmed only after payment or deposit. The resort reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund where applicable.
2. Check-in / Check-out
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges. Please inform the front desk in advance for special requests.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

4. Resort Policies
- Guests must present valid government ID at check-in (Aadhar/Passport).
- Use of resort facilities must comply with resort rules.
- Any damage to property will be charged accordingly at checkout.
5. Liability
The resort shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the stay except where proven negligence occurs on the part of the hotel management.
